Monday Sept 22: Patterns and Peoples 
Explore patterns from across the pacific and beyond and then design your own mixed media artwork inspired by the shapes and forms of our multicultural community. 

 

Wednesday Sept 24: Face to Face
Portraiture is an important art form, so today we will explore the Kiingi Tuheitia Portraiture awards and then create our own self-portraits. 

 

Friday 26 Sept : Spring into Spring 
Spend the day basking in the warmth of art inspired by the beauty, colours and themes of spring. 

  

Monday 29 Sept: Sculpt a Story 
Inside out explores the art and artists who have created some of Kirikiriroa Hamilton’s most famous public artworks. Today you will be the designer of your own mini, mixed media, sculpture.   

 

Wednesday 1 Oct: Mini Masterpieces 
Be inspired by the original and contemporary artworks in this year’s National Contemporary Art Awards to create your own mini artworks and museum exhibition to display in your home. 

 

Friday 3 Oct: Marvellous Manu, Brilliant Birds
Let’s celebrate our amazing birds in this art and craft session. Take home some manu inspired projects to brighten your whare.
