This special guided tour is part of our Waitangi Day Festival 2026. Guided by our , discover some of the 30,000 collection items we care for and their significance to the Waikato region.

Highlights include Tongue of the Dog, Keriana, and Te Winika. Each taonga holds a unique connection to the region and its people, giving insight into the traditions and histories that shape who we are today.
