Elevators / Lifts

The museum has two lifts which give access to all floors.

Accessible toilets

A full suite of toilets including disability and baby changing facilities are available on the main entrance level, and in Exscite.

Service Dogs are welcome

As a visitor you are allowed to bring a Service Dog only if it has been trained to do work or perform tasks to assist you with a disability. Your companion is your responsibility during the visit and must remain under control at all times and must be kept on a leash or in a harness. Please let our Visitor Hosts know about your Service Dog as you enter the Museum.
