The personal contact details that you provide are kept by the Friends’ committee for the purpose of communicating with you about matters related to Friends’ activities and the organisation in general. Members’ email addresses are also made available to the Museum’s communications staff members, so that they may email information about events at the Museum, that are run by the Museum rather than by the Friends. You are entitled to have access to, and to request the correction of, personal information held by the Committee about you.
