Drop-in Touch and Braille

Drop in and explore texture at this hands-on experience designed for blind and low vision visitors, and anyone curious about tactile learning.

Join us for a New Zealand Sign Language interpreted tour of key highlights in our galleries. Explore some of our permanent pieces such as Tongue of the Dog, Keriana, Te Mauri o te Iwi, and Te Winika.

Relaxed Session at Air Playground

Public Talk: Rodney Bell

A public talk from internationally renowned disabled dancer and co-director of Touch Compass. Rodney will share stories from his life as a dancer and community leader; what accessibility means to him; and will lead an accessible movement workshop to follow in your seat.
